  • Rent – Analytics from rent data brokers used by Property Management firms give highly localized insights on average rent for both long and short term rentals.

  • Insurance – Local insurance rates to compare and reduce costs

  • Appreciation – Multiple insights on historical and future appreciation and compare to national averages.  Are you investing in a growth area?

  • Population growth - historical population growth curve to provide insights on housing demand.

  • Crime – Hyper localized crime rates, by type of crime, and trending over time.

  • Vacancy – local vacancy rates and trend to compare and plan for
